Growing up in Boston I have acquired a high-quality palate for good tasting bagels. I have perfected the unique flavors of my bagels through the inspiration of west Mississippi. These magical bread rings are boiled and baked fresh every morning by my dedicated freshies crew. We use flour from wheat that is grown in Washington and Oregon as well as local fresh veggies and fruits to create the exquisite bagel flavor combinations. Not only do we serve amazing food, but we also make freshly squeezed and blended house-made juices that pair with your meal beautifully. Stop on by on your way out to the mountain, or if you are wandering around downtown Hood River. We are open every day from 6:30 am - 4:00 pm and will happily make your day greater with our freshies bagels and juice.
